Support is available 24/7 and they are local, which means, problems are sorted quickly and efficiently without wait time unlike most other PMS providers. Their software is easy to use and is definitely on par with other big-name brands. I would certainly recommend SIHOT as a PMS provider personally if requested.

We have had some issues with comments not saving in reservations; however, the fix is ongoing and not a big issue.

Very easy check in process incl. guest payment, new employees can almost instantly start to work, easy reservation handling incl. prepayment invoices, despite its ease of use, all professional features are available for every kind of guest and all users. basic accounting included, quick support.

Buttons with same functionality sometimes not in the same place, sometimes confusing. Self adjustments of the system are possible, however, often they are not self-explanatory. But support is always available for help.

One thing that made our integration work really straightforward was the availability of an external Demo environment. I was able to access a Sihot sample hotel and do all my testing in real-time, without having to wait for an email or phone call.
