Like any other platform that heavily relies on automations, failures are expected and Dailypoint is no exception. I still believe the platform would do better with the introduction of a proactive API monitoring system. This would perhaps resolve any underlying issues before impact.

If, for example, internal categories, tags or attributes are not clearly defined from one another or are used inconsistently, this can lead to confusion. It is a great tool that works great and is also automated and only needs to be set up once, you always have to see the effort if you only have to do this once and works great or if it gets too complicated, here it is definitely some great work once which is daunting but absolutely worth it.
