The possibility to directly link to other tools, such as a table reservation system. At the moment, this only works for our situation by means of a work-around. In addition, we miss the possibility to keep track of the stock of certain deals. Therefore, for safety reasons, we have chosen to manually assess and approve each request.

As a revenue executive, I have been using Oaky for almost 2 years now and it is very easy to navigate and to understand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am currently using a room upgrade bidding package and the only thing i can think of to where Oaky can improve is we can set a negative discount (meaning we can chose to have a higher rate) instead of just upgrade grid as the min discount.

What could be improved is this review set-up. I started to complete it with the best of intention to show my appreciation for the tool. But this set-up requires you some min 20 words, otherwise you can not submit the review. I don't find it a good idea. This made me thinking of skipping the review at all.
