For many of my customers, happyhotel is a very good RMS because it makes their daily work easier. It is easy to understand even without years of experience in revenue management. The autopilot works very well and can be configured to define when and how it should be activated. Another great feature is the comprehensive analysis option, which hardly any other PMS can offer. This means you are always up to date and know where you currently stand. The pick-up report shows you quickly and easily what the current demand is and where you may need to make adjustments.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
It is easy to use and, with its comprehensive analysis, offers an integrated BI tool for revenue, market segments, distribution channels, and more. The automated import of events, public holidays, and vacations is also worth mentioning. As a hotel consultant with many clients, I find the multi-property access and multi-property analysis to be a very useful feature.
