Better to have rate shopping available on other channels other than Booking.com only, such as property hotel. High level hotels sometimes close sales on OTA.

- Connection with channles in Siteminder to send tailormade offers to the connected partners, this would be essential and others RMS as basic as Wavyssa can do this
- Sending min stays is essential to Siteminder to make the most of the tool and others RMS as basic as Wavyssa can do this
- Tailormade reports with the data and reports already in the system, creating a format designed by the user instead of reviewing all the different sections to get the data.
- More flexibility to set up the data: for instance, in PMS I do use house use for ADR but I do use them for occupancy, and in BEONx I can only choose one of the options. There is so much data that it would be great to let the system know how the user wants to process it.
- Market and channel filters are very different and with my PMS I do not barely use the market filter in BEONx, as my PMS sends the "channel" field.
- It would be great if I could let the system know my Final Last Year for at least previous 5 years and this would get shown on the comparasions.
- Easier recommendations for % supplements on room categories, probably within the calendar, so I could quickly see if I am using a 20% for Junior Suite the system recommendation in the same way 22, 18,... %.

Possibility to override price supplements of rooms directly in the overview (price changes page). Possibility to create rules that allow price changes more dynamically, other than the current way, which is by exceptions (ex: create a rule that reduces the discounts as we get more occupancy, eg. the standard discount for the NRF rate is 10%, but if we achieve 50% occupancy the discount is reduced to 7%, if we achieve 70% Occupancy the discount is reduced to 5%, and so on). Also rules that allow the application of restrictions in a quicker way, such as closing RO rates or the most discounted rates.

Once again I insist on the support received by the team. It is very important that companies feel accompanied by their technological partners. Why? Because there are many solutions that you work with every day and sometimes it can be frustrating to feel alone and not know how to get the most out of the tools. On the other hand, there is the importance of integrations with other tools. It is something basic and with BeonX it is very well solved.
