The technical team at Thynk is incredibly flexible, professional, and efficient! It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with them on the integration with Stayntouch PMS. Their product provides extensive optimization, is data-driven, and focuses entirely on the customer experience.
Thynk Event Management is a customizable Software-as-a-Service platform that offers multiple integrations, providing flexibility to meet customer needs and improve overall efficiency in operations and sales.
All the features are available for partners via the APIs. The common and corner uses cases to achieve the full digitization of M&E can be achieved using the apis. The apis are fast and easy to use. Different configuration for different venues can be easily supported. webhook notificaitons are the key to success and Thynk has one of the best webhook notifications to ensure that updates to customer can be done in real time which improves the conversion.
The system is highly customizable and puts the user in charge. Apart from that MYCE is super easy to work with. Staff will not need lengthy training.
The system integrates with the top-rated cloud PMS's and is future-proof.
Thynk is built on a modern platform and can be purchased as a standalone platform, or incorporated within Salesforce. Flexibility and integrations are a pivotal part of the overall success when considering suitable software for various business needs. It is essential to consider the whole customer journey from looking for services and booking the service to consuming the service. Thynk is a perfect example of a service that can be integrated into multiple other services creating value to the whole journey.
If you want to generate more direct/indirect bookings via different channels and have better conversion that leads to more revenue than Thynk Event Management is the s&c of choice.
