Contact details need to be integrated with Opera. Event Management - adding menus seems to be a copy and pasta best practice. I feel its easy to miss adding a function space which could add huge problems for potential overbooking.

My suggestions are to create a way to create a booking from the calendar view rather having to start from the contact. Having the ability to explore bookings via Google or MS calendar.
