Rates system because we need more flexibility with half board and full board. we had to put more lines to best rate and than our pms does not recognize them because they are part of the same rate.

Ease of use: - it is intuitive, easy, immediate. Customer service is always available (which is no small thing). Integration with the PMS effective and without surprises. Video calls (which they call GYM) are often proposed to delve deeper into specific functions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to change a reservation would be helpful. A small editor to customize some parts of text also. They have already told me that by choice they do not include links in the quotes; for me this is a limitation as it would be a really useful function (at least one in picture)

At the moment Simplebooking integrated CRM called CONVERTO is the perfect fit for leisure target. It could be improved in terms of flexibility and customization in the business travel direction. It also has the limit on multiple rooms booking request with different arrival dates.

Simple Booking is a very easy product to set up, has a very good telephone and email support service (including ticketing), but above all makes the user experience very easy. If I were a hotelier I would always choose Simple Booking.

I think Simple Booking is a product that can increase hotel profitability because of its simplicity, both in terms of configuration and user experience. It adapts to any type of hotel, improves conversions and can be easily and quickly linked to OTAs.
Simple Booking has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
