What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Cloudbeds provided what I'd like to called a "3-in-1 hotel management system" which include the 3 essentials softwares: PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine. What I like the most since the past 2 years is that these 3 essential softwares are seamlessly integrated to one another. Unlike some other 3-in-1 vendors where hoteliers need to login, load, and open up 3 different tabs to access each software. This make the experience of switching between PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine very smooth for us compared to other vendors.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

What I like about Cloudbeds is that they have a bit of everything: PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Payment, Revenue Management, Guest Communication/Experience , and Digital Marketing. For hoteliers that don't want all the hassle of different softwares, Cloudbeds get you cover to run almost every aspect of the hotel. However, what I like the most is that they have large selection of partners in their Marketplace. Simply put, you're able to integrate with different softwares and vendors depend on your need or problem you're trying to solve. For example, POS integration for F&B outlet, RMS integration for serious revenue management, boost direct booking through integration with CRM and/or metasearch solution.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you’re looking for a true all-in-one system to run your hotel long-term, Cloudbeds is a solid choice. Smaller properties can operate comfortably with the core PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine. Bigger hotels may want to integrate POS or accounting software. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once everything is set up and you get used to the interface, Cloudbeds becomes a very powerful system that can streamline your entire operation.
