What does this product or service do well?

We use HotelAvailabilities as channel manager for the last 3 years (4th year now). We have examinded the whole competition in GR Market and we have made this decision driven by the below data: (HA) provides Reliable Real-Time Booking Synchronization, User-Friendly Interface & Ease of Use, Zero Fault Synchronization & System Reliability & Exceptional Customer Support & Service. To be more specific, unlike other tools that may experience delays or errors in updating availability, this system ensures real-time, precise updates across all channels—eliminating double bookings and pricing inconsistencies. Moreover, we must highlight that what truly sets it apart, is the outstanding customer support. These are the reasons that HA stands out in the Greek Market and its flexibility in providing different set up modes enables the user to activate all of his/her business units (apartments/hotels) in HA channel manager. Kudos to the team. They deserve it.

The Unmatched Accuracy & Real-Time Updates is a differentiated factor. Unlike other tools that may experience delays in updating availability, this Channel Manager ensures instant synchronization without lag, preventing any potential revenue loss. From my point of view this is crucial to maintain minimum efforts in minimizing - resolving any issue that may occurs during its usability.

It is the most stable platform I have ever used all these years in managing multiple properties - hotels. I am 100% sure that they can cover any business need and they always act with human centric approach offering a tailored solution. Once you try them, you become loyal.
