This not only built trust but also made our daily work significantly easier. Connecting new locations also went smoothly. We received close support, and the team proactively contributed to implementing our requirements efficiently. The Hotel-Spider extranet is intuitively designed and offers a variety of practical functions. The system's analyses and tools are clearly structured and enable targeted work – whether in channel management, rate management, or daily availability control. One area where we occasionally encountered difficulties was the connection to Airbnb. This made communication with guests difficult at times. However, we have already been informed that an improved solution will be available soon – we are excited and looking forward to its implementation.

If you get a competent answer from the support ZEITNAH (!) and the system is running perfectly. Unfortunately, that wasn't often the case...

Support response times catastrophic, contract termination despite demonstrable defects in the system and not, as Hotelspider repeatedly criticized: mishandling by the customer... not mutually possible. So we can pay for a product that we haven't used for 6 months and that caused problems again and again during the period of use. Portals weren't even reported as free - no wonder we didn't receive any bookings. But oddly enough, the other portals were recorded flawlessly. Reply Hotelspider: The customer reported false free ... I can't because all portals get the same messages (sense of a channel manager) Everything was set correctly on the portal too. Hotelspider informed: Answer, there's nothing we can do about it now. As a customer, do we have to monitor and report back? There really are channel managers that work efficiently and are easy to use. In the backend we had to change prices several times, although it was saved and confirmed to be saved. Answer by Hotelsider: Everything works perfectly. As I said with every support request, we sometimes had to wait several days for an answer. I can't work like that as a hotelier. If we take care of the needs of our guests like this, we won't be running out...

The channel manager as well as Spider-Booking 4 run smoothly and took a lot of work off our reception team.

- my suggestion for improvement would be for the WBE Spider-Booking 4; that it should be possible to display different rates only in the selected room and not to list all rates per room. With many different categories, too many different offers are listed.
