I don't need to be constantly on the lookout to avoid double bookings because I am present on several sites with my rentals and that's why I chose Elloha.

A better possibility to contact by phone in case of emergency would be useful when you have a problem and need advice, however recently Elloha helped me to resolve a big problem with Abritel, it was a real relief

Being able to create an additional text library adapted to our specific needs could be of interest, the texts being composed by us to as reminders for specific purposes and sent by email or SMS (for example, in response to a confirmation to specify details not included in the pre-established documents, ie: confirm the status of double or single beds or the list of restaurants with service times in case of late arrivals, etc.) Likewise, a button to trigger an automated SMS on the day of arrival to remind the reception times or the procedure in the event of late arrivals.

We have been using the Elloha solution for over 6 years now with a good perspective on the subject. We manage 5 guest rooms and 2 cottages in the solution. The management of our different offers is facilitated on the following aspects: - Pricing management: very easy to set up multiple pricing plans and combine them. In a simple and quick way, we can manage daily rate changes, establish promotions or special offers in a very clear way. The reservation schedule is also very readable, it is our favorite daily tool! Distribution on OTA channels is really facilitated and the interfaces work well without anomalies, with good speed of communication. The solution has been continuously enriched functionally since we have been using it and it is very important in our opinion, to see the integration of new communication interfaces, statistical modules or even Upsell functionalities! In short, when we compare the channel manager market, functionally Elloha remains the best tool for us with a quality/price ratio that is quite acceptable at this stage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is probably under development, but it lacks some standardized indicators that we would like to see in the statistical tables (TO, RevPar etc...). The other point to improve: the possibility for a customer to make changes to their reservation file, for example to add options. But I am sure that there are still plenty of good surprises to come!

elloha has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
