It is straightforward and not overly complicated. We are a smaller property (31 accommodations) so it is nice to be able to use the tapechart and see almost all our accommodations. The Springer Miller PMS Not very user friendly. I would not opt to install this system if I had a choice. I have used others that are much more user-friendly, while offering complex configuration & reporting capabilities.
