Sometimes you have to get used to the logic of the system - but that's something you're used to from other systems. Once you've internalized this, there are no more significant problems (and if there are, there's fast, German-speaking support).

We work a lot with the room plan - it would be nice if we could change reservations directly from room to room or change arrival and departure dates without having to go into the reservation. That would help us a LOT :) Thank you!

Guestline has delivered on both of these and is by far the most straightforward and intuitive system we have used.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, the system has improved a lot recently. Should I mention where improvements would be advisable i would say in particular, there is room for improvements in re-instating a booking that lapsed as no show. At the moment the process is not straightforward and time consuming.

Great software, good support, dreadful account management. I implemented it within our hotel group 2 and a half years ago, having previously used Guestline elsewhere for 2 years.
Go with Guestline as the software is good and so is the reactive support. The pro-active account management is literally non existent however.
The channel manager capability is great, the software is fluent and the planner is concise. Reporting is also very useful on a number of levels.

- Multi room bookings have been made incredibly long winded by a recent update. We have discussed this with a number of your staff and NOTHING has been done to change this. This is quite poor.
- Checking daily bookings should be made that bit easier.
Multi Room bookings would function as they once did. This has caused massive frustrations for our hotel group.
