We are still finding out how much RR can do but so far we have been impressed. Its so easy to use and keep on top of our revenue management. Even when you simply haven't got time to check rates daily, the automation works really well. Helps us maximise occupancy with a competitive rate and rovides us with excellent reporting and dashboard figures to help the accuracy of our budgets.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As with the above, we are still learning more about what the system can cannot do but so far we are impressed and have not come across anything which could be improved which hasn't already been added.

Since installing Right Revenue we have seen a marked improvement in the hotels performance, despite the challenges that Covid has posed for the hotel and the industry. The rate recommendations have helped us drive our rates, whilst the reporting in the system has introduced a revenue culture within the team, so that we feel we are all pulling in the same direction. We can’t imagine NOT having Right Revenue now

The platform is really easy to use and very user friendly. The best part for us is the amazing pricing recommendations that can be tweaked where needed to make the more or less aggressive, we can easily build in our key event dates to protect dates up to 3 years in advance. The team @ Right Revenue are great too and easy to talk too with great response times too. The group pricing tool has also been invaluable for us here at Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa and allows us to make more business sense pricing recommnedations for our group market based on the bigger / wider picture fo the business.

I don't honestly think anything could be improved right now as the development are always coming up with new updates, reports, features etc based on customer feedback and experience.

As the system is being constantly updated with new features, we find ourselves part of the journey as Adrienne and the team constantly reach out to understand what we need from outr RMS.
