Over the course of the thirty plus years that I have spent in the hospitality industry, I have used several other Property Management Systems and innRoad beats them all. With innRoad you have customizable set-up options to meet your needs. It is a powerful Property Management System yet so easy to use that I can teach a new hire to make or cancel reservations as well as check-in or out guest in just a few minutes. Switching to innRoad was the single best time saving decision I have ever made. It gives me more time to spend accommodating guests and our reviews have improved as a result. I also like the ease and power of the Booking Engine and Channel Manager. Since switching to innRoad 3 years ago, our occupancy is up 32% and our revenue has nearly doubled. Maybe, if possible, to add on into innraod Engine when the room attendant started cleaning the room, there is an option to update as "gra cleaning the room and front desk can see the time frame how will be done, then the front agent can give the guest time this is also help and avoid guest complaints.

Booking engine is seamless. I have spoken with several guest s who have utilized the service and have gotten nothing but positive feedback. Help Desk is knowledgable and prompt. Unlike our previous PMS, we have never been given the impression that we were an inconvenience or were asking a question that we should already know the answer to! Tape chart is very easy to use and enables me to view and switch between various time frames quickly and with great ease. Reports are very detailed and were customized to reflect the relevant information needed specific to our small business. The skill level of the people who were part of our on-boarding team is exemplary. In conclusion my experience with the entire system start to finish has been nothing but positive and I would not hesitate to recommend Innroad PMS to any hotel managers that I will meet during our annual NL Hospitality Convention being held in February 2024.

Overall, I have not yet come across anything that I feel needs improving. I do realize that nothing and no one is perfect, but to date I cannot think of an example of an area that requires improvement!

Very poor setup - the VAT settings were incorrect. As a USA based company it is clear they have no concept of selling in Europe. Support is poor, e-mail based, and the support consultants don't seem to understand their own product.
