The Avendra Open Purchase Order interface does an excellent job of showing hotels what spending is already “on the books.” By exposing open POs directly to Hotel Effectiveness for forecasting, it provides clear visibility into committed expenses before invoices hit the actuals. This helps operators forecast more accurately and understand the financial impact of upcoming purchases. In addition to receiving PO data, Avendra also accepts forecast and budget information from our system—similar to the BirchStreet integration—which supports more aligned purchasing decisions and strengthens the connection between procurement activity and financial planning.
