What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could an option of a template to follow up. We do get the reminder, but based on what has been sent, it would be great to have set an automatic option of reminding the client or the agent to let us know if they have any feedback or questions, or if they are ready to confirm their booking with us.

This is an incredibly userfriendly tool and easy to use. I love how visual it is and allows my team to be able to personalise and house content in an efficient way. It's visual and a great platform to encourage our clients to engage with our content. This is directly improving our conversion rates and the effectiveness of our sales team. I absolutely love the tool and so do my team - it has radically improved the amount of time it takes them to build a proposal. I also really like the analytics dashboard allowing us to measure client engagement so we continually improve our templates and the content we want to include in our proposals. I'm am also Increadibly pleased with our partnership, as well as the responsiveness and support from the Upmail team.

I think there's a few things that could be more intuative in terms of user experience inserting tables, deleting lines etc and Copy paste functionalities BUT this is all minor things. Overall we're incredibly pleased with the tool

I use UpMail to send intro and chase emails to wedding couples (I am a wedding venue). Far better than a simple email, UpMail allows me to produce beautifully curated emails with ease. They look so professional and give a great first impression. I can play around with the layout, add hyperlinks, add a RSVP section and so on... it's quite fun exploring the options that help me work smarter. From a back office POV it's great to monitor who has opened and engaged with my emails. Sending bulk emails (for example to promote a wedding event) is easy, a hundred emails all sent in the click of a button with complete ability to personalise and tailor. No cookie cutter emails. You can save your templates too so working smarter is easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More colours please :) maybe there's a way I haven't figured out yet. Can I add wallpapers? Just unique ways to create unique and fresh design looks. Oh and the ability to increase / reduce font size
