Mr Zelfel takes his time to look after us, by helping to impropve our presentation and also helped a lot personally with setting our profile up. The booking engine itself for meeting rooms is easy for the customer and it comes with a complete range of services wich we can sell and make it very convenient

We do not see where improvement is needed. The booking engine is easy, the customer service is great and we are very happy to have chosen eventmachine to sell our seminar rooms and event locations.

The offer overview in the backend cannot be divided into different categories (e.g.: enquiry, in process, cancellation, etc.). This means that you quickly lose the overview when several employees are working with it. Instead of generating a pdf at the end, a digital solution with a digital signature would be great.

The configurator is clearly and simply structured. The basic setup is quick and easy. Subtle details can then be applied with the support perfect. Thus, the customer as well as our banquet department can create a tailor-made offer and send it directly. In combination with our PMS and the API connection, the event rooms and rooms can be checked directly for their availability, which makes the preparation of offers even better. The support is fast and solution-oriented. The direct creation of a function sheet in the tool rounds off the overall package.

At the moment there are no complaiments or improvments. There are always solutions. I think there will be more possibilites in the future. An update Mail if there some updates or improvments will be great.
