What I like about it is how easy everything can be. Everything is so clear and efficient. I also like that you can connect whatsapp to it. It gives you a clear overview of everything and it also makes it easy for you to follow up on emails that you have pending.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are many steps that you have to take to reach a name or an email. Maybe just have a search box and we can search for a name or email of a guest instead of going through the steps. I personally am ok with that but that's what I hear from the team.

The filter when searching for emails could be improved
BCC for emails is not available.
When we start answering an email, the original email of the guest moves up the screen while you are typing and the longer you type the smaller the screen on top becomes, so you can not read the email of the guest anymore.

It is the perfect tool if you get a lot of messages on different channels! it gives a clear overview so you never forget to answer a message. We love working with it and will definitely not be going back to the old ways!

If you're too late with responding to a WhatsApp message it gets closed off. You can reopen it by sending a template which is not a lot of work but still an extra step.

Guest Connexxion helped us improve our response time and reduced our workload by giving immediate responses through the chatbot. The chatbot is constantly answering questions or requests so the conversations only gets send through if the person asks for it or if the chatbot can not help any further, this reduces the workload a lot!

Nothing. :-) The software keeps getting updated with improvements and new features keep being added every couple of months. As soon as there is an issue or bug it get resolved immediately.
