We have now been using ROH for almost 5 full months and it has made a significant impact on the amount of time we spend working with sales and clients on their deposits and schedules. It is basically a plug and play system that saves us so much time. With a few clicks your done and everything is so easy to review and manage. We love it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe a bit clearer for the clients so they are confident when making their payments that the system being used "ROH" is not a scam, and it really is us. Not sure what the clients see or gets on their end but we do receive a decent amount of inquires wondering if it's safe. Maybe we need to put more details in the comment section of the invoices or add ROH to contract verbiage to help with this.

The dashboard it great, it is easy to upload, and the AI they use actually works! It really does make payments easier to get. The fact that reminder to the client is automatic is key. The ROH bot has always been accurate in both the invoice and the contracting and that really does make things easier because you can do other things while it is processing your contract and invoice
As a salesperson, the biggest plus for me is that it takes the perception away that I am a Money Collector. This should be the biggest selling point when the ROH team talks to other salespeople; ROH helps to give you "plausible deniability" when collecting money, and this helps to preserve the relationship with the client, and in tune (hopefully it leads to more sales. This is the main reason I like using the system.
It's also a lot easier to track deposits and payments and to collaborate with my Group Service team because everything is in one place for all of us. I like that is all right there on the dashboard and you don't have to go looking in our shared drive.
I realize that all of this is in the sales pitch and seems obvious but the point it that it works exactly the way it should. The hotel industry is always way behind others when it comes to implementing technological fixes, and I'm glad that my company, Highgate Hotels, has embraced this and is making it available to us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish that there was more of a way to customize the communication with the clients.
the best example is when you send out the payment information. the email that is populated is a little stale, and if we could somehow add a picture to the email, or teak the format of the presentation, that would be great.
And also, this is being picky, but I wish that then you uploaded a contract for the ROHbot to create you didn't have to enter any information at all. it would just take it right from the upload and you were good to go.
Now that they have solved payments, maybe they can help us sort out guest packages!

The system could definitely use some updates such as being able to pull invoice reports with certain parameters without having to pull all historical invoice data. Overall, I would recommend.

I love how intuitive the platform is. The scheduling function for contracts and invoices. The team visibility and collaboration - dashboards. It is easy to use, it is immediately applicable, and it ensures client accountability.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be really great if there was a way to create automated, editable, savable, message templates or signatures that ROH adds the client information to. This would save a lot of time when writing out the messages for contracts, invoices, and other requests.

I enjoy how intuitive it is, at the same time that I can still manually make edits. I like that I am able to schedule deposits and know when clients added their payment details and information and that they can choose how it's more convenient for them to pay. Also the option of getting notified when information is added or payments are completed is very helpful and streamlines processes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a feature where taxes can be calculated automatically depending on city, state and type of property - it is my understanding that an option for this might be happening in the near future. I believe this would add to the seamless experience the platform sets out to offer. I would also like to see an option where, if you are complexed, you can toggle more easily between properties (like a drop-down menu, for example). Maybe integration with the other software that is being used could be something to be considered in the future as well.

I love how user friendly this system is both on the hotel side and the client side, I have had several clients comment on how easy it is to use. I also like how we are able to schedule future correspondence in regards to payments to clients. Things can get busy and this is one less thing we have to worry about.
